THE DUQUE FAMILY
The Duque Family Clan is only small family. The root of the Duque Family Clan came from Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. They migrated to Pangasinan and some other parts of the provinces and cities in the Philippines. The largest Duque Families are now in Alcala and Dagupan, Pangasinan. Some of the Duque Families are still in Paoay, Ilocos Norte.
My father came from Alcala, Pangasinan. When I was two years old my family migrated to Manila and then moved to Quezon City both in Metro Manila until I migrated to the USA in July 1970.
I have three brothers and one sister. I have one brother who died at the age of two. We are all living in the USA now but one of my brother went back to the Philippines to stay and live there but he has a house in the USA. My parents also came to the USA and celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on March 24 and 25, 1984. They went back to the Philippines in August 1990. My father and mother died in the Philippines in May 1992 and May 1995 respectively.

Hi! My mother is a Duque from Alcala, Pangasinan. i'm just wondering if we are relatives I was also born and grow up in Alcala. Her sibling is a retired colonel from military Simplicio Duque.
Hello! I'm Lea Duque Estimo - Martir. Martir is my married name. My maiden name is Estimo. My monther Asuncion Duque was born to Zoilo Sandalo Duque & Jovita Abella. I was so glad to see this Blog as I have long wanted to know the roots of my great grand father for the longest. My great grand father's name is Fortunato Duque. From what I have heard, he is not originally from Cebu, Philippines. They say he was from Luzon. He sat up roots in Matutinao, Badian, Cebu, Philippines. The Duque's are close knit family in this little town. They own a huge portion of lots in this town. Lolo Potin (my great grand father - Fortunato Duque) was a very generous person. He donated lands for the town have a church & an Elementary School.
All the older folks have passed on & I only have 1 Uncle that might be able to trace our roots. But he can't go so far either.
I live in Miami, Florida & would really like to see if in any way, my great father Fortunato Duque might have relations to your roots.
It is my wish to trace our family history so I will be able to pass on this information to all my relatives & the generations to come.
